Questions people actually ask
- When do I pay?
- After your 14-day trial. You sign up and start trading straight away, no approval queue, no waiting on us. We get in touch during the trial to agree the setup fee and take the first payment.
- How do I pay?
- Bank transfer or cash. There's no payment gateway and no card kept on file; we record each payment against your account by hand.
- What happens if a payment is late?
- Your account goes read-only. You keep full access to everything you've ever entered: orders, customers, reports and exports. You just cannot ring up new sales until it is settled. Nothing is deleted or held back.
- Is the setup fee really one-time?
- Yes. It covers getting your menu, tables, tax rates and QR codes in place. You pay it once, not again on renewal.
- Can I leave?
- Any time. It is month to month with no contract. Export your books to CSV before you go; they are yours.
- Does the price go up with more staff or tables?
- No. It's per restaurant, not per terminal, per user or per table, and there's no commission on what you sell.
